Who we are

AMDY LLC was founded in 2024 by Nikolay Butvin. The company came out of running outbound ViciDial infrastructure in production. Operating real dialers showed the weakness of the stock answering machine detection built into Asterisk: timing heuristics that misread live humans and voicemail on modern compressed call audio. AMDY was built to replace those heuristics with a trained model.

What the product does

AMDY classifies the answer audio of each outbound call. It listens to the acoustic signature of what picked up, not a transcript of words, and tells the dialer whether a live human or a voicemail answered. It works with ViciDial, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and Issabel, installs on a ViciDial server with one shell command, and classifies in under 200 milliseconds at 99% accuracy.
