Commission
20% of every payment a customer you referred makes to AMDY in the 12 months after they sign up. Only money we actually receive counts: plan payments, balance top-ups (card, PayPal or USDT) and paid invoices. Spending an existing balance does not count again.
Attribution
A customer is yours when they sign up within 30 days of opening your link (amdy.io/r/YOURCODE or any page with ?ref=YOURCODE). The first link they opened wins. We can attribute a customer to you by hand when you introduced them directly.
Hold and payout
Each commission is held 30 days after the payment it comes from. Cleared commissions are paid at the start of each month once your balance is at least $50; a smaller balance carries over. Payouts go by PayPal, USDT (TRC20) or AMDY account credit, to the details on your affiliate dashboard.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled, or deducted from your next payout if it was already paid.
Not allowed
Referring yourself or your own company, spam, cookie stuffing, bidding on "AMDY" or "amdy.io" in paid search, and saying anything about AMDY that is not true (pricing, features, results). Use our published pricing: a free Sandbox with 50,000 detections, then monthly plans from $79.
Changes and ending
We review every application and may decline or suspend an affiliate who breaks these rules; commissions earned by breaking them are not paid. We may change these terms with 30 days notice by email. Commissions earned before a change keep the old terms.
Taxes
You are responsible for taxes on what you earn. We may ask for your legal name and tax details before paying.
