Contacting Support
Most issues can be solved with the guides in this knowledge base. If you still need help, gathering the right information first will get your issue resolved much faster.
Before you reach out
Work through the first-pass checks and the guide that matches your symptom. Then collect whatever applies:
For connection issues
- The full output of the connection check:
curl -sk https://download.amdy.io/proxy_check.py | python3 - --runs 10
- Whether your server sits behind a proxy, NAT, or VPN.
For detection-accuracy issues
- The specific calls in question, exported and uploaded to https://recs.amdy.io.
- The V-prefixed call code for any call you want reviewed.
- Your campaign's detection ratio setting.
For setup issues
- Which installer you ran (your operating system).
- The output of:
python3 -c "import websocket, mysql.connector, asterisk.agi; print('All modules loaded successfully')"
- Your campaign's Routing Extension and your AMD agent-options container entry (the container is named AMD_AGENT_OPT_ + your campaign name).
What helps every ticket
- A clear description of the symptom and when it started.
- Whether it affects all campaigns or only some.
- Anything that changed recently — a new server, a firewall change, an ISP change, or new DIDs.
Paid install help
Want us to do it for you? Work on your own servers is not included in the plan. For $99 we install and test AMD on your server for you (we need SSH access). Order it from Install help in the portal: app.amdy.io/integration-help.
